How do I make an online purchase using my credit card?
  1. Select item quantities, and size if applicable, then click “Add to Cart”.

  2. Then click the “Update Cart” button in order for selected item(s) to store in cart.

  3. Once you have updated your cart, you have the option to “Continue Shopping” or to “Check-out”. If you decided “Continue Shopping”, be sure to update cart after adding a new product.

  4. During “Check-Out”, you are required to provide mandatory information, including destination of purchase. For information regarding the protection of your personal information and financial information, be sure to read our Privacy Policy page.

  5. After filling our required information, you will be directed to “Order Summary”. This page allows you to confirm your purchase, review shipping fees, taxes and provide us with your billing address along with method of payment. Your billing address must match your credit card billing address.

  6. You may change your shipping address, if necessary. The shipping address can be different than the billing address.

  7. Once all your items have been selected, approve your order / purchase by, clicking “Check-Out”. You will automatically be directed to a confirmation page. You will receive a confirmation email. Please print for personal records. If you do not respond to the email, our sales team will assume purchase order is confirmed.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship within Canada, and to the Contental United States of America. International customers must contact our sales team via email at

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
It takes up to 72 hours to prepare your order, pack and ship. Please allow 5 to 28 business days for order to arrive to provided destination. If an item is on back ordered, custom made or out of stock, you will be notified of delays with an estimated time of arrival.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Timberwolf Rocky Mountain Emporium Ltd accepts Master Card, Visa and American Express.

Can I pay with a cheque or money order?
Please contact customer service at [email protected] in order to be accommodated accordingly and to provide our sales team with your name, number and mailing address. We do not accept cheques. However, if you wish to pay using a money order, we will automatically hold your order until the money order has arrived. Receipt will be included with the order. Same shipping standards apply. Allow 5-28 days for orders to arrive.

How do I cancel an order and refrain from being charged?
 If you want to cancel, you must do so within 24 hours of purchasing the order via phone or email, or by responding to the confirmation email. Please have your purchase order number handy before requesting cancellation. Refunds can take up to 10 business days.

What happens if I receive product that I did not order?
You must respond to the confirmation email to inform the sales team. If you receive the wrong product, please contact customer service immediately at [email protected]. Standard conditions for returning items apply.

What if I am not satisfied with delivered product?
Timberwolf Rocky Mountain Emporium accepts returns. We charge a stocking fee of 30% and strictly provide refunds. We do not pay shipping fees for returned items. Before returning merchandise you must obtain a Return Authorization Number as it is mandatory to contact customer service regarding returns. If you return your merchandise without a Return Authorization Number (RAN), your shipment will be rejected when it arrives. Please submit all return request to [email protected] 

Can I return an item that has been worn or has removed tags?
Timberwolf will not accept worn/used product. If returning product(s), it must be in its original saleable condition with all tags attached. If product is returned worn/used and tags removed, you will not be refunded.

How will I be informed about specials and promotions?
All promotions and specials will be visible throughout the website. Timberwolf Rocky Mountain Emporium Ltd’s e-newsletter will provide you with information regarding upcoming promotions and specials. Check out our Online Community page and become a follower and receive exclusive insider information regarding Timberwolf Rocky Mountain Emporium Ltd.

How do I apply for specials/promotions?
We do not require you to enter any promotional codes or apply for specials. You are automatically valid for promotion/special only if you order within the time frame of special/promotion. If you feel you may not be valid for a promotion or a special as a result of our 72 hour preparing, packing and shipping time, please make a note in the comment section at the bottom of the “Order Summary” page.
