How will my order be shipped?
Timberwolf Rocky Mountain Emporium Ltd strictly ships with Canada Post.

What are the costs for shipping within Canada and/or to the United States?
The following are Timberwolf's shipping rates in Canadian dollars (CAD$):

Shipping rates include packaging materials, handling, documentations, and in some cases tracking.
 
 ("Free Shipping" Does Not Include Insurance).
 
 
Shipping Insurance?
Insurance is based on the value of the product and is charged upon checkout under the heading "Shipping" and / or "Insurance". please note that insurance is non-refundable. All orders will be charged 4% of the total value,  for shipping insurance coverage. shipping insurance covers you for lost, stolen or damages during transit.
 

Can I rush my order?

What countries does Timberwolf Rocky Mountain Emporium Ltd ship to?
We ship within Canada, and to the United States of America. International customers must contact our sales team via email at
sales@my-ammolite.com or call us at (780) 852-5221.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
It takes 48 hours to prepare your order, pack and ship. Please allow up to 14 business days in Canada and up to 28 days to the U.S.A. for your order to arrive at provided destination. If an item is on back order or out of stock, you will be notified of delays with an estimated time of arrival.

How do I cancel an order and refrain from being charged?
We confirm all orders. It is our sales teams duty to interact with our online customers on a personal level. We do not ship if order is not confirmed. If you want to cancel, you must do so within 24 hours of purchasing the order via phone or email, or by responding to the confirmation email. Please have your purchase order number handy before requesting cancellation.

What happens if I receive product that I did not order?
Our sales team confirms all orders. Otherwise, you must respond to the confirmation email to inform the sales team. If you receive the wrong product, please contact customer service immediately at info@my-ammolite.com. Standard conditions for returning items apply.

What if I am not satisfied with the delivered product?
Timberwolf Rocky Mountain Emporium accepts returns. We charge a re-stocking fee of 20% and strictly provide refunds. We do not pay shipping fees for returned items. Before returning merchandise you must obtain a Return Authorization Number as it is mandatory to contact customer service regarding returns. If you return your merchandise without a Return Authorization Number (RAN), your shipment will be rejected when it arrives. Please submit all return request to info@my-ammolite.com or by calling (780) 852-5221.
 
Sale or Custom Orders:
Please note that all Sale / Promotional items or Custom Sized items are FINAL. Cannot be returned, or exchanged.
 
Phoned in, Emailed or Facsmilied Orders:
Will be subject to additional shipping charges, insurance, processing fees and the sale will be treated as "Final". to obtain "Free Shipping", "Sale Pricing", and "30 Day Guarantee" the transaction must be processed online at www.my-ammolite.com .  
 

 
Can I return an item that has been worn or has removed tags?
Timberwolf will not accept worn / used product, or Custom made orders. If returning product(s), it must be in its original sale-able condition with all tags attached. If a product is returned worn / used and /or tags removed, you will not recieve your refund.
